t <br /> }r <br /> Page 7 <br /> �z <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 18, 1996 <br /> COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> date Conservation Commission Issue regarding Laue's: <br /> Selectman Caffyn requested an update with reference to the Laue residents <br /> who were issued a stop work order on building because their lot is <br /> located in an area where wetlands are a concern. <br /> Selectman Vaccaro indicated that he has discussed this issue with <br /> the Conservation Agent and Attorney Robert Mills. This matter should <br /> be resolved within the next few days informed Selectman Vaccaro. <br /> Update on Mashpee High School: <br /> Selectman Caffyn requested information pertaining to the status of the <br /> construction of the new Mashpee High School. <br /> Selectman Dinizio indicated that this matter was discussed in detail at the <br /> last High School Building Committee meeting. Town Counsel is intimately <br /> involved in the process. Stone Construction is acutely aware of the budget <br /> constraints and related time frame. The concerns addressed by the Building <br /> Inspector will also be corrected informed Selectman Dinizio, <br /> Selectman Vaccaro indicated that the architectural firm is the representative <br /> of the owner, who must address contract specifications with the general <br /> contractor. All problems will be reconciled added Selectman Vaccaro. <br />
