s <br /> Page 15 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 18, 1996 <br /> Ap,proval of Shellfish.ReNlations for 1996: <br /> Communication was received from the Shellfish Commission dated <br /> March 4, 1996 recommended that the Shellfish Regulations continue <br /> without changes <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the Shellfish <br /> Regulations for 1996 as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> YOTEP Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> A ointment of Economic Development Committee Member. <br /> Correspondence was received from Tom Potts, Chairman of the Economic <br /> Development Committee dated March 13, 1996 recommending that <br /> Steve Lyras be appointed as an alternate member to the Economic <br /> Development Committee. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to appoint Steve Kyros <br /> as an alternate member of the Economic Development <br /> Committee as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> TE: Unanimous. S-o. <br /> Lions Club Reouest for Toll Booth: <br /> Communication was received from Jerry DePalma, President of the Lions <br /> Club requesting the Board approve their second annual Toll Booth in <br /> Mashpee on Saturday, April 20, 1996. <br /> The location would be on Rte. 151 at the lights, from 9:00 a.m. to <br /> 1:00P.m. All funds are donated back into the community in the form of <br /> high school scholarships, providing fee eye exams and glasses,etc. <br /> *It is the consensus of the Board to defer approval until further review. <br /> Selectmen's Alternate Meeting Site: <br /> Monday, April 1, 1996 Mashpee Town Hall <br /> Monday, April 22, 1996 Carol Jacobson Senior Center <br /> y P <br /> Monday, April 29, 1996 Carol Jacobson Senior Center <br /> As construction commences for the Town Hall renovation/restoration <br /> project, the Board of Selectmen will schedule public meetings at the <br /> Carol Jacobson Senior Center until further notice. <br />
