Page 13 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes-revised <br /> April 1, 133 <br /> Administrative Hearin z--Raw Bar,,Ing.- <br /> Trooper Kotfila indicated that the MA drivers license photo as presented <br /> is an accurate picture of what was taken from the body of the victim. <br /> Attorney Gildea objected to the presentation of Exhibit P-3. <br /> Chairman Vaccaro noted the objection,and the objection was overruled <br /> Trooper Kotfila indicated that the license as found on the victim stated <br /> that it was a junior operators license, under 21 years of age. The date of <br /> birth as presented; 5124175. <br /> Trooper Kotfila ave a detailed description of the victims body as observed, <br /> Pe g P <br /> and the standard procedures that followed. It was noted that the victim was <br /> tested for blood alcohol according to the medical examiners report. <br /> For the record,Attorney Gildea objected. The notice his client received <br /> pertained to an individual serving a minor. There are no records as to over <br /> serving. Attorney Gildea presented the nonce his client received to the <br /> Board of Selectmen. <br /> Chairman Vaccaro directed that the objection be noted. The objection was <br /> taken under advisement. <br /> Trooper Kotfila indicated that hes oke with the two individuals associated <br /> with the subject incident; Meara Williams and Lil Ellison. <br /> Trooper Kotfila discussed the statement he received from Ms.Williams.It was noted that the bar bill amounted to$130. The sum of$150 was <br /> left to cover the bar tab and related tip. <br /> According to Ms.Williams statement,Mr. Virgilio became obnoxious when <br /> his friend Lil was asked to do a bar top dance. They left the establishment <br /> at approximately 12:15 .m. Mr. Virgilio was dropped off at his house at <br /> PP . According to the statement,the group arrived at the Raw Bar <br /> approximately 7':30 .m. The had been drinking heavily. Ms.Ellison <br /> at app y P Y . . <br /> was asked to do a bar top dance. She declined. Mr. Virgilio was asked to <br /> establishment.
