Approved by the Board. <br /> ATI N AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Communication from the Barnstable Counjy Assembl of Dele ates: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Barnstable County Assembly <br /> of Delegates dated March 21, 1996 requesting the Board appoint a <br /> representative to the Advisory Board on County Expenditures. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to appoint Selectman <br /> George Costa to the Advisory Board on County Expenditures. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> VQTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Costa abstained. <br /> ate rgizardin,g the State's Educational Funding Formula: <br /> Selectman Caffyn announced that she attended a Senate ways and Means <br /> meeting today in Fall River to discuss the limited contribution of State funds <br /> identified for education. <br /> Mashpee and other Cape towns are receiving a disproportionately low <br /> amount of State aid for education in comparison with other Massachusetts <br /> communities. The meeting was positive noted Selectman Caffyn. <br /> j1pd=M 'n gr Flea Market: <br /> Selectman Caffyn requested information pertaining to Dick and Elhe's <br /> Flea Market,Route 28 Mashpee. It was noted that all license and permit <br /> fees have p <br /> ' been aid to date. The establishment is required to make fee <br /> payments one month in advance indicated Mr.whritenour. <br /> *Agenda item in May to develop a clear contractual agreement with <br /> Age y p <br /> the owners of the Flea Market. <br />
