12. An admission charge should not be credited to the purchase price of any alcoholic beverages. No alcoholic beverage shall be sold for a fee less than the actual cost of the beverage to the licensee. No licensee shall serve malt beverages other than in the original bottle or can, or by the drink if on draft. Wine may be served in bottles with meals. Alcoholic beverages shall be served one drink at a time and not otherwise. The foregoing Regulations shall not apply to serviced in rooms rented to guest or members of licensed Clubs or Inns. The use of inducements such as "2 for 1" "open bar", or "free drinks" is not permitted. 13. No licensee shall make any distinction,discrimination or restriction on account of race, color, religious creed, national origin, sex or ancestry relative to the admission or treatment of any person. 14. This license is subject to suspension, revocation, or forfeiture for breach of any of its conditions, or regulations of which the licensee has notice, or any law of the Commonwealth. 15. All licenses and building certificates shall be kept in a visible place on the premises, available at all times to the proper authorities. 16. Any police complaints and/or reports,presently on fie, shall continue in force until disposed of by this Board. 17. The Licensing Board reserves the right to charge or add to the foregoing terms and conditions after notice to the licensee. 18. The postincr of a "cover charge" shall be made in accordance with the M.G.L., Chapter 140, Section 183D. Said :"cover cha.r�e shall not be collected in advance of wining entrance to the licensedP remises, and can only be charged upon a written or printed receipt,permanently recorded and numbered seriatim, presented to each individual customer or group of customers. Records of such receipts shall be kept by the licensee for a period not less than two years. For the purpose of this regulation, the term "cover charge" shall include all admission fees or admission charges except that the sign required to be posted under the M.G.L., Chapter 140, Section 183D shall, in the case of admission fee or charge, be posted on the outside of the licensed premises. Nothing in this regulation shall be construed to prohibit advanced ticket sales b licensee under the M.G.L., Chapter 135, Section 12. Y 19. No alcoholic beverages shall be served after 1:00 am and all glasses, bottles, or other containers used for or containing alcoholic beverages shall be removed from all+tables and bars or counter by fifteen (15' minutes after closing time for the sale of aucoholic oeverages. No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed thereafter. Patrons may remain on the premises not more than 20 minutes after the closing hour. 20. No mem ber, guest, employee or shall be served alcoholic beveraores after the legal hour for sale of same.
