CA <br /> The Building Committee's unanimous recommendation to the Board of Selectmen is that it <br /> should enter into a contract with Weston & Sampson Services Inc., whosero osai is �I <br /> p p �a <br /> considered to be highly advantageous. The .proposal of the second bidder, Moles <br /> Environmental Services Inc. was considered to be advantageous. <br /> Weston & Sarn son's proposal is considered to be highly advantageous because of it <br /> p P p g � g s � <br /> past performance and because of its good relationship with the Town. Moles Environment <br /> Services' was considered to be advantageous but it is considered to be a small firm <br /> relative to Weston & Sampson_ <br /> t <br /> In summary, therefore, the order of ranking is as follows: <br /> � g <br /> 1.
