A letter of appreciation <br /> will be submitted to Mr.Frederick on behalf of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> V�pdate,.Mashpee Hierh School; <br /> 3: <br /> Selectman Caffyn made note of the receipt school ventilation Problems and y <br /> requested the Building Inspector not sign off on the new high school <br /> facility until inspection services are 100% complete. <br /> Selectman Caffynrequested the Board obtain a legal opinion from Town 1 <br /> � g P <br /> Counsel relative to the ramifications of opening the high school if the <br /> g <br /> building is not 100% complete. <br /> i <br /> Selectman Caffyn also requested that Bill Hauck, Building Inspector ' <br /> be placed on a future Selectmen's agenda to discuss the status of the <br /> high school project. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to request Town Counsel; <br /> Attorney Patrick Costello render a legal opinion in writing <br /> to the Board of Selectmen relative to the high school project <br /> and related occupancy as proposed by the High School <br /> Building Committee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. . <br /> VQJE; Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
