Page 10 Board of Selectmen Minutes July 1, 199 &quest f Town Hall Buil in ommitt • Communication was received from the Town Hall BuildingCommittee dated June 27, 1996 recommending the maximum sum of$24,5000 be authorized as a reimbursable expense to basic designer services for the purpose of hiring a project representative(clerk of the works) for the Town Hall renovation/restoration project. Motion made by Selectman Costa to approve the request to hire a project representative for the Town Hall Building project f - p Jor the maximum sum of $24,500 as outlined. R==-to Move a Building uonset Hut Motion made by Selectman Caff n to approve the request y PP q st to move a Quonset Hut from Otis ANOB to the Town LandfiH on Tuesday, July 2, 1996 as outlined. Motion seconded by Selectman Costa. VOT.E: Unanimous. 5-0. IQwn P7 r-Hearin Selectman Dinizio indicated that he was advised by Town Counsel, Everett Marder to schedule a disciplinary hearing on the complaint and/or charge brought against municipal employee,Tom Fudala. I It was noted that the above will be scheduled as an Executive Session topic of discussion unless the employee ployee requests to discuss the allegations in Open Session. a , NNIENT• Motion made b Selectman Costa to adjourn at y adjourn 9.55 p.m. The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time for the purpose of discussing collective bargaining and to correct Executive Session minutes, The Board will not re-convene in Open Session.
