He ref q his
position of town
P refers to a holder of mortgages, Mr. Brown
substantial New Seabury assets in Mashpee, as f on
allows:
"But we have to think about the bottom
line. Here Mr. g d hard, -
Fudala's comments are readilyinferred
to uggest our communis has been
Y something less than a full part of the Lawn an
that Mr. Burden's interests and commiMashpee are not
tment tod
important.
We strongly object to an town employee
. Y speaking in an official capacit which Mr
apparently was since he is identified as the tow y
terms 'about an n planner, in such derogatory
gone, especially actual or potential property
Mr. Brown to be P P perty owners. We would expect
personally contacting the town and likely
action. e does and is successful Mr. instigating a slander civil
. If h . Fudala should be held personally liable.
Also, once again, the residents f I
o New Seabury are treated like second class citizens.
Mr. Fudala clearly sees us as nothingmore than a
tax revenue source. We are more
than that. We are full members of this community. We personally are full time
residents, with three school age children. Our daughter
attends Falmouth High
School and we are about to transfer our elementary age Sons from private school to
Mashpee so the m
P y ,may be able to more fully enjoy their community. Given h
obvious attitude displayed by Mr. Fudala transferringy t e
them may not be such a wise
idea. Our daughter has regularly suffered verbal
abuse from fellow Mashpee
students on the bus and at school because of where she lives. •
She has willfully stood
up to these taunts because of her overall satisfaction with the •
she nor an of our school - but neither
y family should be forced t❑ endure such treatment.
