It was noted that the change order was <br /> approved by the High School Building Committee and Chartwell and Co. <br /> Motion made b Selectman Marsters to approve Chan r <br /> =. y pp Change Order <br /> #20 in the amount of $27,321.00 asp resented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Costa. <br /> VOTE: unanimous. 5-0. <br /> MMR ISSUES: <br /> Selectman Caffyn updated the Board with respect to recent issues <br /> concerning the Massachusetts Military Reservation as It relates to the <br /> clean-up process. <br /> Selectman Caffyn indicated that the Senior Management Board will <br /> be interviewing consultants to represent the four Cape towns within <br /> = the next few weeks. It was noted that the sura of$100,000 is allocated <br /> for this purpose. <br /> K; Governor Weld attended a meeting on the Base last Friday. It was <br /> noted that the sum of$222,000 has been provided in penalty costs. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to draft a memo to the MMR <br /> requesting consideration to split the sum of $222,000 with <br /> each of the four Cape towns. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE: unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Selectman Caffyn will draft the memo on behalf of the Board to <br /> Mr.DeVillars in consideration of the above. <br /> ADV oURNMENT. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to adjourn at 9:53p.m. <br /> T Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> TE Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> 1 <br /> Kathleen M.
