Project: Address, 660 Falmouth Rd.,, Mashpoe, MA <br /> Business name: DPF Mashpee, LLC <br /> Owner/Agent: Myles Ostroff <br /> Representative: tyles Ostroff <br /> Request: Sign Renovation <br /> Myles Ostroff and Mike cagg iano (Plymouth Sign) were present. Myles Ostroff <br /> addressed the meeting and stated he is here on behalf of the owner of South <br /> Cape village. He said they have an existing sign that they are proposing to <br /> renovate. He said the sign will be the sane size and be in the sane location. <br /> He said they are reducing the South Cape village logo at the top of the sign <br /> board and reallocating the space to a neer tenant, Home Goods. Mile Mendoza <br /> asked if they will be leaving the fence and posts. Mir. Ostroff responded "yes". <br /> He said rather than having the large South cape logo they are using that portion <br /> for a Hone Goods sign. He said the width and height will be the same as the <br /> existing sign. <br /> Mr. Ostroff said the intention is to offer every South Cape village business <br /> visibility. He said Walgreen's is now 0"; it will now be reduced to 8". South <br /> Cape logo is being reduced from " to 14". <br /> Mr. Ostroff said the address will be added to the sign, which is currently not <br /> there. <br /> Mike Mendoza said he wanted to be clear that the proposed sign is not closer to <br /> the ground. Mr. Ostroff said it will not be closer to the ground gill be the same. <br /> Mile's Deters questioned the colors of the proposed sign. Mlles said the colors <br /> there now are tealish blue and ocean blue but Applicant is proposing a deeper <br /> blue that is not as attractive. Myles Ostroff and Mike Caggiano (Plymouth Sign) <br /> showed a picture of the white background and colors they are proposing, which <br /> are the same as the existing sign now. Miles Peters said this photo shows colors <br /> that are much better than what you provided on the printout. <br /> Miles Peters asked if the sign will be sandblasted or raised letters. Mike <br /> e <br /> a piano responded they will be raised letters. Myles Ostroff said Mike <br /> caggiano did the original sign and they hired him to do the new sign because <br /> the new sign will be the same in quality and craftsmanship- <br /> Conclusion <br /> raftsmanship- <br /> Conclu io <br /> MOTION; Joseph Cummings motioned to approve the sign as presented. <br /> Discussion: Mike Mendoza suggested that a condition be included that the <br /> colors are to be earth tone. The Committee agreed. Johathan Furbush said the <br /> colors should be the same as they are noir or earth tone. <br />
