Project: Address, 660 Falmouth Rd.,, Mashpoe, MA Business name: DPF Mashpee, LLC Owner/Agent: Myles Ostroff Representative: tyles Ostroff Request: Sign Renovation Myles Ostroff and Mike cagg iano (Plymouth Sign) were present. Myles Ostroff addressed the meeting and stated he is here on behalf of the owner of South Cape village. He said they have an existing sign that they are proposing to renovate. He said the sign will be the sane size and be in the sane location. He said they are reducing the South Cape village logo at the top of the sign board and reallocating the space to a neer tenant, Home Goods. Mile Mendoza asked if they will be leaving the fence and posts. Mir. Ostroff responded "yes". He said rather than having the large South cape logo they are using that portion for a Hone Goods sign. He said the width and height will be the same as the existing sign. Mr. Ostroff said the intention is to offer every South Cape village business visibility. He said Walgreen's is now 0"; it will now be reduced to 8". South Cape logo is being reduced from " to 14". Mr. Ostroff said the address will be added to the sign, which is currently not there. Mike Mendoza said he wanted to be clear that the proposed sign is not closer to the ground. Mr. Ostroff said it will not be closer to the ground gill be the same. Mile's Deters questioned the colors of the proposed sign. Mlles said the colors there now are tealish blue and ocean blue but Applicant is proposing a deeper blue that is not as attractive. Myles Ostroff and Mike Caggiano (Plymouth Sign) showed a picture of the white background and colors they are proposing, which are the same as the existing sign now. Miles Peters said this photo shows colors that are much better than what you provided on the printout. Miles Peters asked if the sign will be sandblasted or raised letters. Mike e a piano responded they will be raised letters. Myles Ostroff said Mike caggiano did the original sign and they hired him to do the new sign because the new sign will be the same in quality and craftsmanship- Conclusion raftsmanship- Conclu io MOTION; Joseph Cummings motioned to approve the sign as presented. Discussion: Mike Mendoza suggested that a condition be included that the colors are to be earth tone. The Committee agreed. Johathan Furbush said the colors should be the same as they are noir or earth tone.
