Meeting was convened at 5:05 P.M. Minutes; Susan Regan made a motion to approve the minutes from October 17, 2016. Ernie Virgilio seconded the motion, The Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes as written. _ New rosiness 1. Ms. Dammened the discussion for reorganizationg of the Board. FIs, Dami made a P motion for Ernest Virgilio and asked him to be Chairman, Ms. Regan seconded the motion. It was a unanimous vote. Ernest accepted the Chairman appointment. . Ms. Rami spoke to all in attendance regarding the positions that dnld be in the lottery process; Library Trustee, School Committee and Selectmen and that there Will be 2 Ballot Questions. Question I is a proposition 21/2 for construction of the roofs} soffits windows and doors at the Quashnet School. Question 2 addresses the town's government to communicate with Governor Baker regarding rernoval of spent fuel from Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station disposal. Ms. Dami Folded all the names for theSelectmen's Race and put thein in a hat, names were thenp ulled one at a time and announced for placement on the ballot. First name ulled out of the hat is Christopher J. Avis. Second name pulled is Andrew R. Gottlieb. The third name pulled is John J. Cahalane. The last positron 'in the eleetmen's Race is Shane L. Clark. Ms. Dami folded all the names for the Library Trustee Race. She stated, even.though it is not a contested race there are three candidates, for the 3 year term, still need to be tolled for ballot placement. First name from the hat is Matthew , Auger. Second P
