Cavanaugh 111, S grenadier Dane, Mashee <br /> 2) Randolph J. Ricci, 69 Dover Road, Mashpee <br /> Each Board member received information on both voters including; Voter History, <br /> Election History, .Affirmation of Current & Continuous Residence (signed by voter <br /> claiming resident Annual Street Listing (with statements from homeowners of voter <br /> not residing at that address), Inactive letter to voters (Ricci returned it claiming residency <br /> at same address in 2017). <br /> Ms. ]carni informed the Board the procedures followed; <br /> 1. Each Homeowner was sent a letter regarding the residency challenge with a <br /> signed complaint returned to the office. <br /> g <br /> . Theg enda was posted on May 9, 2017 at Town Tall. <br /> . The Board ofeg istrars then. selected May11, 2017 for the Tearing, <br /> 4. The Barnstable County Deputy herriff, Constable WM. J. Dalton served a <br /> Summons on May 4 2017 In-Hand to Joseph F• Cavanaugh III at 8 Grenadier; <br /> Dane Mashpee and Randolph J. Ricci at 69 Dover Road Mashpee. <br /> 5. 'Both summons from the Constable at the Sheriff's Office were returned to the <br /> Mashpee Town Clerk's Office on May 8, 2017 with the Deputy Officer <br /> unable to serve Joseph F. Cavanaugh 111, and Randolph J• Ricci. Statements <br /> were attached to each letter from the Deputy herriff,with comments from <br /> a <br /> the homeowners. <br /> { <br />
