Taylor <br /> Absent, Oskar Klenert, Sylvester Ryan <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Avis at 6:30 p,,m. <br /> lashpee Town Hall, waquoit Meeting Room <br /> PUBLIC o11 M T <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Review&Airoyal of May dual eeal Town Meeting <br /> warrants: <br /> Members of the Finance Committee continued their review of the May 2017 Annual and Special <br /> Town Meeting warrants of Monday, May 1, 2017. Items previously placed on hold were <br /> discussed with.Town Manager Rodney C. Collins. <br /> As noted, Articles 5 through 11 serve as a plaeeholder for union contract settlements. Articles 5 <br /> through 11 were recommended by the Board of Selectmen for placement on the Special Town <br /> Meeting warrant. The Town Manager anticipates reviewing proposed settlements with the Board <br /> of Selectmen at their April 12, 2017 meeting. Further details regarding the settlement of union <br /> contracts are anticipated to he fully disclosed by April 24, 2017. 1n the event a settlement is not <br /> achieved with a respective utt'on, it is the intention of the Board of Selectmen to indefinitely <br /> postpone the article(s) on Town Meeting Hoorn <br /> neeial Town Meeting Barra t: <br /> Article#6: Septic Betterment Reserve Receipts: To cover a part-time scanning clerk to scan <br /> existing and incoming documents into digital format.
