Payment in the amount of 10 was <br /> authorized at the last Finance Committee meeting, <br /> Assessments—Jason treebel: <br /> For informational purposes,the Finance Committee reviewed ars email from Jason treebel, <br /> Director of Assessing dated August 22, 2017 relative to assessments. Overall, in the Town of <br /> Mashpee, assessments are increasing by %to %. <br /> OLID BUSINESS <br /> Town Pension Fund: <br /> It was noted the Finance Conunittee received via email infonnation relative to the full Pension <br /> Liability Report. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Review&Action-Dra-� t October 1 17 Annual Town Ieetin warrant <br /> Draft#5 of the October 16, 2017 Annual Town Meeting warrant was reviewed and acted upon <br /> by the attending Finance Committee members. Town Manager Rodney C. Collins was in <br /> attendance to review the draft articles with the Fance Cottee. The following action was <br /> taken; <br /> Article#1: To fund the debt associated with the CW-50-C loan from the State. <br /> The article was.HELD for further clarification of this debt and loan. <br /> Article#2: To supplement each Prior vote that authorizes the borrowing of money to pay for <br /> bonding articles approved prior to the passage of the Municipal Modernization. <br /> .Act 1n August, 2016. <br /> Motion made by Mr.Pettenill to approve Article#2 of the October warrant as written. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. DelPontet <br /> VOTE* Unanimous. -o* <br /> Roll Call vote <br /> Mr.Richardson,yes Mr. Pettengill,yes Mr. DelPonte,yes <br /> Ir.McKelvey,yes Mr.McCahill,ycs opposed, none <br />
