The complaint may be amended, or MEZ Fealty.may file their own complaint in <br /> court. <br /> Brian Baumgaertel made a motion that the Board of Health rescind the Soo fine as the information has been <br /> provided. In addition, continue the rest of the items to the March 2, 2017, Board of Health meeting for the <br /> purposes of discussion of pending litigation. specifically, in the letter dated .January 31, 2017, paragraph <br /> starting tion December 15, 2016, Item #2. To issue a fine of$500 for failing to provide the information." <br /> l alliope Egloff seconded the motion. As there was <br /> no further business, Brian Baum aertel made a motion to adjourn the Public Session Meeting of the Board of <br /> Heaith at 9PP08 PM. Kalliope Egloff seconded the motion.
