Egloff stated that the first order of business is to adjourn to the Executive Session to discuss <br /> litigation strategy with respect to pending litigation and threatened litigation regarding Lakeside <br /> Estates, Soo Nathan Ellis Highway. <br /> Brian Baumgaertel Heade a motion that the Board of Health adjourn the Public Session, enter into Executive <br /> Session, and to return to the Publib session. <br /> Boll call vote: Brian Baumgaertel, yes; Ialllope Egloff, yes. <br /> alliope Egloff resumed the Board of Health Public Session meeting of March 2, 2017, at 7:41 PM. <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> 7:15 PM a Request for Tight Tank: 20 Red Brook Road. <br /> a l I iope Egloff continued discussion on the Informal Meeting for Request of a Tight Tank at 20 Red Brook <br /> Road to the next Board of Health meeting-scheduled on March 16, 2017, in order for a representative from <br /> New seabury to attend the meeting. <br /> 7:20 PM -- Dousing violation —sanitary Cole: 70 cape Drive, Building 4, Unit B. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that an inspection was conducted on October 25, 2016, at 70 cape Drive} <br /> Building 4, grit B, where 12 Sanitary Code violations were documented. one violation required a 4-hour <br /> correction. on October 31, 2016, a follow-up inspection was performed to document the correction of the 4- <br /> hour violation. However, the remaining 11 violations have not been corrected to date. The Board did receive an f <br /> order for windows to be replaced by Horne Depot, but no request for a follow-up inspection has been made tb <br /> document the window replacement or for any other of the violations. <br /> If the first order letter was received on October 28, 2016, thea 30 days that required abatement of the <br /> violations would have been December 3, 2016. Therefore, from December 3, 2016, to date there has been no <br /> known progress. <br /> Gregg Locke, owner of 70 cape Drive, Building 4, Unit B, introduced himself to the Board. <br /> Mr. Locke remarked the loch that was stuck was corrected the very same day. The windows were replaced, <br /> and a permit was obtained from the Building Department. The hot water was adjusted, and all other infractions <br /> were corrected. Mr. Locke was unaware that the corrections were to be inspected by a particular date. <br /> 1 <br />
