Nichols <br /> Attendees: Members: Brian Mauro, Barbara Nichols <br /> Guests: <br /> The minutes of the May 25, 2017 meeting were accepted as written after a notion� Brian Mauro o and <br /> second by Barbara Nichols <br /> Agendatopics <br /> [Agenda topic 1] Dake level/liver outflow/Ramp <br /> Discussion: <br /> Barbara noted the lake levels on May 1"and 15t", which were 55.5 and 55.4 feet above sea level. � <br /> Tl er e <br /> were 14.5 and 14 inches of water flowing over the board closest to the lake, and 9.5 inches of water in the <br /> stream by the stairs. There was 1.2 inches of rain in Barbara's rain gauge during the past two weeks. <br /> Levels were reported.to Drew McManus in Conservation. <br /> Barbara noted a few herring schooling along the shore. Brian saw two schools of hem'ng come upriver <br /> and enter the lake. The local newspaper noted that four blue herring were found deceased near the <br /> Wampanoag museum and it was questioned 'if they had been poisoned by tainted herring. Testing was to <br /> be done <br /> DPW has filled in most of the potholes in the state ramp parking lot, One smaller hale remains. <br /> Conclusions: The lake level is holding at 5 .5 and 55.4 ft. above sea level Blue herring are dying from an <br /> uffl -iown cause. The Town is repairing the State parking lot. <br /> [Agenda topic 21 Spring Newsletter <br /> Discussion: The newsletter has not been approved yet by the Town Manager, due to hr i stine's vacation <br /> one week and 11r. Collins vacation the following week. It was sent to the Town.Manager for approval on <br /> May 3 Is'. <br /> Conclusions: We are still waiting for approval and printing of our spring newsletter. <br />
