The structures will be located in <br /> the northernmost parking lot of the property and would cover 80 of the 1 parking spaces. A total of <br /> p p p � <br /> 720 solarp anels would generate approximately 36,000 kilowatt hours, Mr. Ferrontl reported that <br /> coveredar in would be a benefit to the forth Market propertyas it was the location of medical <br /> p g <br /> offices. regarding storm water, Mr. Ferronti confirmed that no rnodif�cations would be necessary to <br /> the existing infrastructure. The inverted v design would direct the rainwater hitting the panel to a <br /> Lnusystem,stem, into the ground and hien to the retention basin. 1r. Ferronti noted that nine buildings in <br /> Mashpee Commons had solar panels and described the benefits of solar power. Mr. Ferranti indicated <br /> that their abutter, Sandpiper village Condominiums had already been provided with information about <br /> thep la.n and no concerns had been expressed. The only impact expected to the Condominiums was <br /> noise during construction and Mr. Ferronti reported that there was 120 feet to the closest building with <br /> mature trees in the area. It was expected that residents in two buildings, on the second floor, would <br /> l i el see the trees rather than the carports. views from great Necl road were shared with Board <br /> Y <br /> members showing that the carports would not be out of scale with the buildings. The carports would <br /> not inhibit Fire Department access to the buildings. It was not expected that parking would be <br /> I <br />
