y 481-- Special Town MeetingJanuary 23, 1980 ARTICLE 11 , To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds the sum of $2, 500 , or any other sun, to be applied to the Selectmen' s Expense Account for the purpose of conducting a professional computbr study for the Town of Mashee , or take any other action thereon, ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 11 to reads To see iftthe Town will vote to transfer from the Middle School Engineering Account the sure of $2, 500 *00 to be applied to a Selectmen' s Computer Study account for the purpose of conducting a professional computer study for the Town of lashee. Motion carried, ARTICLE 2. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Salary Administration Plan by making various changes all as more articularly set forth in a document dated January 2, 1980 entitled "Proposed salary Administration Plan" . the original of which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and copies of which are available from the offices of the Town Clerk and the Board of Selectmen,, 1 ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 12 by de- leting the word "Salary" and inserting in its place "Personnel"' . The amended Article 12 now reads: To see if the Town will vote to amend the salary Admini- stration Plan by making various changes all as more particu- larly set forth in a document dated January 2, 1980 entitled "Proposed Personnel. Administration Plan" . the original o which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and copies of which are available from the of'f'ices of the Town Clerk and the Board of selectmen t and to further eliminate from Section III , Para. 4 the job -title "Personnel. Administrator" . Motion carried. ARTICL To see if the Town will transfer from available funds a sum of money to meet t ie-.�o,b.l igat i on. of the new Salary Administration Plan between the Town of Mashpee and the Town Employees for the fiscal year July 1 , 1979 to June 3o, 19801 or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion rade and seconded to amend Article 13 to read: To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Middle School Engineering Account the sum of $6, 192. 35 to meet the obligation of the new Personnel Administration Plan between the Town of Mashpee and the Town Employees for the fiscal. year July 1 1979 to June 3o, 1980 . Motion carried$ ■ ARTICLE 14, To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds the sun of $2,000 to be applied to the Select- men' s Gage Account, and to further transfer from available funds the sum of $19000 to be applied to the Selectmen' s Esc- i ense Account for the purpose of operating a mini bus through- out the Town of Mashpee for a twelve 12 week pilot programs or take any other action thereon.
