In accordance with posting requirements, the Hearing notice was <br /> read aloud into the record. <br /> Attorney Mark Gildea was in attendance to review the transfer of license with the Board of Selectmen. <br /> It was disclosed that Mr. Smith was out of state working in a seasonal job, and was unable to attend the <br /> meeting.
