Taylor <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman O'Hara at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Bay Meeting Room <br /> MINUTES <br /> Monda October 30 2017 Re ular Session: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve the Regular Session minutes of Monday, <br /> October 30,2017 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman Sherman,yes <br /> Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes Opposed, none <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> Public Comment: None at this time. <br /> Review and approval of various applications: <br /> Application for One Day Liquor License & Temporary Sign Permit, <br /> Beer Wine&Food Tasting,November 16 2017 Boys & Girls Club of Cape Cod: <br /> The Board of Selectmen was in receipt of a request for a One Day Liquor License, wine and beer only <br /> from the Boys and Girls Club of Cape Cod for a food tasting fandraiser planned on November 16, 2017 <br /> from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 17 Market Street, Mashpee. In addition to the Application for License, a <br /> Temporary Sign Permit Application was before the Board for 24"x 36" signage to announce the event <br /> with signs to be removed on November 17,2017. In accordance with the mandates of the license <br /> application, a certificate of liability insurance has been secured naming the Town of Mashpee as the <br /> certificate holder. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve the request of the Boys and Girls Club of Cape <br /> Cod granting a One Day Liquor License, beer and wine only for the fundraising event on <br /> November 16,2017 to include approval of the Temporary Sign Permit Application. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman Sherman,yes <br /> Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes Opposed, none <br />
