9 Board of Selectmen Minutes June 19, 2017 Approval of two 2 gpipointments to the By-Law Review Committee Andrew McManus and Margar Santos: The Board was in receipt of a letter of interest from.Andrew McManus dated April 20, 2017 and Margaret Santos dated February 23, 2017 to serve on the By-Law Review Committee. Motion made by Selectman Sherman to appoint Andrew McManus and Margaret Santos to the By-Law Review Committee. Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. Roll Call Vote: Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes Opposed,none Approval of appointment to the Mash ee Historical Commission Michael Horne: At their meeting of May 24,2017,the Mashpee Historical Commission voted to recommend the appointment of Michael Horne to fill the vacancy created by Frank Lord. Attached in the correspondence was a letter of interest from Mr. Horne dated April 27,2017. Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to appoint Michael Horne to the Historical Commission. Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. Roll Call Vote: Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes Opposed,none Approval of appointment to the Economic Development and Industrial Co oration EDIC Pamela McCarthy Pamela McCarthy of Mashpee submitted a letter of interest dated June 3, 2017 to serve as an at-large member to the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation(EDIC). Ms. McCarthy has an extensive resume and would be an asset to this committee. Motion made by Selectman Sherman to appoint Pamela McCarthy to the EDIC Committee. Motion seconded by Selectman Gottlieb.
