Quinn is an experienced shellfish aquaculturists <br /> Old Business: <br /> Comprehensive Watershed Nitrogen Management Plan (CWNMP) — <br /> Implernentation/shellfish Propagation —The DNR is gearing up for oyster seed <br /> and increased number of quahog seed ordered for this year. <br /> Great River Ramp Reconstruction — Planned for next year due to <br /> permitting delays this year. <br /> Public Access --The landowner constructed a wooden fence in addition to <br /> the boulders that are blocking access to the Daniel's Island Family Shellfish Area <br /> New Business: Family Shellfishing Areas --The Commission requested that the <br /> Shellfish Constable look for the quahog seed that was planted last fall in the <br /> Family shellfish area at the Pop ponesset spit which seems to have a lower <br /> survival compared to other family areas.
