The request <br /> had been made by Falmouth, Consensus from the Board 'indicated that there was no objection to <br /> recording. <br /> Members of the Board of Managers introduced themselves to the audience, <br /> ]INTERVIEWS ON PROPOSALS FOR REUSE of U RT <br /> 10:30a Recycling Solutions <br /> Michael Mowbray distributed RecyclingSolutions' responses to the Board's questions, introduced <br /> Dave Murphy, of Tighe & Bond and thanked the Board for the invitation to interview and for their <br /> rating. <br /> Mr. Mowbray reiterated facts such as them- experience in solid waste transfer stations and rec eting, <br /> site assignment and permitting experience with a strong understanding of regulations, Mr. Murphy <br /> stated that he had 3 3 years' experience in solid waste. Mr. Mowbray continued, describing Recycling <br /> Solutions' experiences in compliance issues and unannounced DEP inspections, with good results. Mr. <br /> Mowbray stated that Recycling Solutions considered the best use of the site to benefit the Board as <br /> well as what would be financially stabilizing for RecyclingSolutions' operations, Recycling Solutions <br /> 'Identified in their proposal MS.W, I , recycling and salt distribution as an a la carte list, while trying <br /> to determine the wishes of the Board and what would be financially beneficial. Mr. Mowbray stated <br /> that the existing building was small but planned to have any solid waste operation occur within the <br /> building.
