This property is part of a new subdivision off of Route 130 where the properties are vacant, <br /> raw land. The proposed use is by an electrical contractor for warehouse office purposes. Two buildings <br /> are proposed. The larger building will have an industrial waste holding tank for the floor drains. No <br /> vehicles will be allowed In the smaller building. The septic and site plans have been reviewed and are in <br /> compliance with Title V and local Board of Health regulations, including the drainage. Mr. Harrington <br /> recommended approval with the standard commercial conditions and tight tank requirements. <br /> Daniel Gonsalves of Down Cape Engineering introduced himself representing the applicant, stating that <br /> he would address any questions or concerns the board might have. <br /> There being no further discussion or questions, Mallory Langler moved to approve the proposed septic <br /> plan for 20 Evergreen Circle, provided all standard commercial conditions and tight tank requirements are <br /> met. Motion seconded by Laurel Almquist. VOTE: Unanimous(3-0). <br /> 7:20--43 Little Neck Lane <br /> Mr. Harrington commented that this property came.to the board's attention through a complaint <br /> regarding use of the property as an Airbnb. After researching the online vacation rental website, it was <br /> clear that alterations were made to the property warranting a letter to the owner in September 2018. <br /> The owner subsequently contacted the Board of Health to discuss a remedy. The solution of using the <br /> nitrogen aggregation plan was given to the owner,and Cape&Islands was contacted to bring the property <br /> into compliance. <br /> 1 <br />
