Peterson as requested. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye, <br /> VOT.X: 4-1. Motion carries. <br /> Selectman Caffyn in opposition. <br /> AsceDtance f Bid-HandicaDDed Accessible Pia rround Equi=ent: <br /> Communication was received from Cynthia Sturges, Community <br /> Development Administrator dated August 22, 1996 relative to the bid <br /> award for the 1995 CDF Handicapped-Accessible Playground <br /> Equipment grant. <br /> Ms. Sturges reviewed the bid proposals with Gus Frederick and <br /> recommend the Board award the bid to the firm of Bill S imione and <br /> Associates in the amount of$29,492.00 for the provision of all <br /> playground equipment as specified. <br /> It was noted that Bill Simione and Associates were the low bidder <br /> for the playground equipment funded in total by the 1995 Community <br /> Development Fund grant. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to award the 1995 <br /> CDF Handicapped-Accessible Playground Equipment bid <br /> to Bill Simione and Associates in the amount of $29,492.00. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye, <br /> VOT.E. Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
