Y pPo. <br /> of the proposed bikepath extension. Funds to be appropriated for this <br /> purpose include; $30,000 for surveand engineering and$80,000 for <br /> construction fees. <br /> y g <br /> Mr.whritenour recommended the Board move forward with theJro'ect <br /> P <br /> and request the Capital Improvement Committee review the project for <br /> additional review and consideration. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to forward the Bikeway <br /> Extension proposal to the Capital Improvement Committee <br /> as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> 1 <br /> Pgsition-Vacancy Request for App,rava <br /> I <br /> Communication was received from the Town Clerk requesting the Board <br /> approve the posting for the position of Administrative Assistant; 19 hours <br /> per weep effective immediately to assist with two elections and Town <br /> Meeting. <br /> I <br /> Selectman Caffyn requested further clarification with respect to in-house <br /> posting procedures as it relates to Board Secretaries.
