Page 12 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> September 9, 1996 <br /> JR/SR H L• <br /> Change Qrder 2, <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve Change <br /> Order #22 as presented in the amount of $11,876.00. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye, <br /> Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Accepge of E u pment,B <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to approve the Equipment <br /> Bids as recommended in the amount of $197,530.90. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. <br /> VOTE* Unanimous. 5.0. <br /> 11pdate-High School ..c„gupancy: <br /> Mr. Whritenour updated the Board with respect to issues pending <br /> prior to the opening of the new Mashpee High School. <br /> It is the consensus of the Board to schedule an Emergency Meeting <br /> on Wednesday, September 11, 1996 at 6:30 p.m. in the Mashpee <br /> Middle School to discuss the High School occupancy issue. <br /> The Superintendent of Schools, School Committee,High School <br /> Building Committee and Town Regulatory Officials will be requested <br /> to attend discussion relative to the procedures and process of accepting <br /> the building when it is partially complete. <br /> Town Counsel will be requested to attend,if he has been involved in <br /> a case of partial occupancy to offer legal advice. <br /> MMR I • <br /> Selectman Caffyn,a member of the Senior Management Board stated <br /> that a consultant has been hired by the Air Force to provide technical <br /> assistance on issues related to the plume response plan. <br /> Foothill Engineering Consultants,Inc.was chosen to serve as the <br /> Senior Management Board's consultant to work in conjunction with <br /> the four Cape towns. <br />
