Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant Liquor license; <br /> subject to the Building Inspector's final review and approval, <br /> and subject to a certification of completion in accordance to <br /> plans; hours of operation: 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> It was noted that modified design changes will be attached to the <br /> license application. <br /> Public Hearin -The Flume Restaurant Re uest to Close: <br /> Selectman Costa opened the Public Hearing on the request of The Flume, <br /> Inc., d/b/a The Fiume, Earl H. Mills, Sr., Manager, to close from <br /> December 1, 1996, until March of 1997, due to a slow winter economy. <br /> Mrs.Janice Mills was present to discuss the request to close with <br /> members of the Board and interested public. Mr. Mills noted that the <br /> building is now twenty-five years old, and in need of minor repair. <br /> Selectman Costa opened the Public Hearing to obtain comment. <br /> Being none, Selectman Costa requested a vote from the Board to close <br /> the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Dinizio to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VQTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to approve the request of <br /> The Flume to close from December 1, 1996 until March 1997. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> YOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> MINUTES: <br /> WednesdayNovember 13 1996 Regular and Executive Sessions: <br /> Selectman Caffyn requested to amend the Regular Session minutes to <br /> reflect on page four, first paragraph under Goals and Objectives,first <br /> sentence to read: <br /> The Board of Selectmen indicated that they were going to conduct <br /> a workshop session for the purpose of discussing.... <br />
