Page 5 <br /> s <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> December 2, 1996 <br /> COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Notification of additional fundina from the Massachusetts Communi <br /> Capital Fund for Cape Cod Coffee: <br /> Communication was received from the Department of Housing and <br /> Community Development dated November 13, 1996 announcing that <br /> the Town of Mashpee has received additional funding from the <br /> Massachusetts Community Capital Fund (MCCF) consisting of; <br /> an additional $37,000 for a loan to Cape Cod Coffee <br /> to be used for working capital <br /> The loan increases Mashpee's total award to $242,700 indicated <br /> Mr. whritenour; $237,000 for a loan to Cape Cod Coffee and$5,700 for <br /> grant administration costs incurred by the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Status of Local Comprehensive Plan: <br /> Selectman Caffyn asked of the status of the Local Comprehensive Flan <br /> is it relates to the Mashpee Commons expansion project? <br /> Mr.whritenour indicated that the proposal has been forwarded to the <br /> developers for consideration. At this time, Mashpee Commons is <br /> preparing written comment to the development proposal. <br /> Selectman Dinizio noted that Mashpee Commons,Ltd. was requested to <br /> fund the study 100%. The comprehensive study of the Mashpee Commons <br /> expansion proposal is estimated to cost$46,000 added Selectman Dinizio. <br />
