i <br /> Page 4 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> September 16, 1996 <br /> QLD <br /> I II BU RMS: <br /> ----- - II IIL1■11.� <br /> r <br /> Mashyrmm n D 1 mn n 1 Pr s • <br /> Motion made by Selectman Gaffyn to form a Selectmen's <br /> sub-committee to meet with representatives from Mashpee <br /> Gammons, L.P. to review the development consultant <br /> proposals, and request funding support to review the <br /> master plan proposal on behalf of the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> VOT.K: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> 1 I. <br /> A sub-committee will be formed comprised of two members of <br /> the Board of Selectmen, Selectman Dinizio and Selectman Marsters, <br /> the Town Planner,the Executive Secretary and a member of the <br /> Planning Board. <br /> 3 <br /> o ATION AND CORRESPONDENCE: ' <br /> Selectman Caffyn requested an update with respect to the Citizen <br /> Complaint Log. *Agenda item,next meeting. <br /> PUBLIC D!SCUSSION- <br /> Kimberly <br /> Costello received information pertaining to the quality <br /> of water located in the new high school facility, and requested to make ' <br /> comment if necessary during the high school discussion. <br /> In other matters,James McGonagle expressed concern to the critical <br /> height of Mashpee/Wakeby Pond. with 13" of rain, and more expected, <br /> Mr. McGonagle requested assistance from the Town to remediate <br /> the present situation. <br /> I <br /> Mr.McGonagle appealed to the Town to release water from the pond to <br /> alleviate further property damage and erosion that is occurring from <br /> elevated pond levels. <br /> { <br /> Selectman Frye indicated that he will address this matter tomorrow <br /> with Greg Taylor,Director of Public works. <br /> Mr. McGonagle also requested a breakdown of costs to properly <br /> manage Attaquin Park. Mr.Whritenour indicated that he submitted a <br /> written response to Mr. McGonagle with respect to this concern. <br /> In other business,Deirdre Greelish related concerns with respect to <br /> the recent Network Administrator appointment. Ms. Greelish indicated <br /> that she was disappointed with the selection process. <br />
