Stickers will be available for purchase on June 1, 2019. <br /> With the approval of fees,the new Guides to the Transfer Station will be printed for distribution, and fees <br /> will be posted on the Town's website. <br /> Ms. Laurent indicated the fees have remained the same for the past two years. A goal of the Board of <br /> Selectmen has been to set the fees to increase over time to reach 100% user-subsidy to cover operational <br /> costs. In FYI 8, the shortfall was approximately 8%. Without any changes, it is estimated the tax subsidy <br /> would increase to approximately 12% in FY20. <br /> It is recommended the fees to increase as follows to maintain and increase the level of funding at the <br /> Transfer Station to 94% as noted;- <br /> Proposed No Change <br /> 1St Household Sticker $150 $140 <br /> 2nd Household Sticker $ 20 $ 20 <br /> Recycling; Only Sticker $ 30 $ 25 <br /> Single Trip Pass $ '15 $ 15 <br /> Tax Subsidy 6% 12% <br />
