Taylor <br /> Finance Director Dawn Thayer <br /> Chief of Police Scott Carline <br /> Fire Chief Tom Rullo <br /> Absent: Phil McCahill <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Richardson at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT—None at this time. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Monday, October 15, 2018: <br /> Motion made by Mr. Pettengill to approve the minutes of Monday, October 15,2018 <br /> as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Mrs. Furbush. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0-1. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Richardson,yes Mr. Pettengill,yes Mr. Ryan, abstained <br /> Mr. Avis,yes Mr. McKelvey,yes Mrs. Furbush,yes <br /> Opposed, none <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> Town Manager—FY2020 Omnibus Budget Review/Capital Improvement Program: <br /> Town Manager Rodney C. Collins met with the Finance Committee for the purpose of reviewing <br /> the FY2020 Omnibus Budget and Capital Improvement Program. <br /> Preliminary projections anticipated revenues in the amount of$62,046,980 to fund the FY20 <br /> budget, an increase of 6.2% from last year. As a result of several factors including the Cape Cod <br /> Technical School assessment and municipal health insurance costs the FY20 budget has been <br /> reduced by approximately $2 million. <br />
