Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Scott <br /> Goldstein, Norman J. Gould and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Sharon Sangeleer <br /> were present. Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza was also present. <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were <br /> being televised live on Mashpee TV. He announced that Board Member Ron Bonvie was <br /> absent. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Chairman Furbush asked the audience if anyone had comments they wanted to address that <br /> was not related to anything on the Agenda. There were no comments. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Mr. Furbush announced the Board Members sitting on this hearing are the four regular <br /> Board Members and Associate Member, Sharon Sangeleer. <br /> 345 Monomoscoy Road: Owners, Carl and Kristen Cavossa request a Special Permit <br /> under§174.25.I(9)of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for reconstruction of a dock,pier,ramp, <br /> and float on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, (Map 120 Parcel 24), Mashpee, <br /> MA. (Continued from January 23, 2019 hearings at the request of the Board). <br /> Sharon read a letter of withdrawal from the applicant dated January 29, 2019 into the <br /> record. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to accept the withdrawal letter from Kenneth R. Breivogel <br /> with J.E. Landers-Cauley, P.E. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded. <br /> Mr. Goldstein, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes, <br /> Ms. Sangeleer, yes, and <br /> All were in favor of the withdrawal. <br /> 1 <br />
