Non-conforming single and two family structures may be changed, <br /> extended or altered if it is determined by the Building Inspector that such changes, extensions or <br /> alterations are in compliance with current zoning and do not increase the nonconforming nature <br /> of said structure. Any changes, extensions or alterations which do not comply with the current <br /> zoning, require a written finding by the Zoning Board of Appeals that such changes, extensions <br /> or alterations shall not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing <br /> nonconforming structure or use and that there is adequate land area to provide sufficient parking <br /> and setbacks as may be required.
