the date of vote hereunder, and to authorized the Board of Selectmen to acquire by gift, purchase, or <br /> eminent domain taking any land necessary for the purpose of such ways as so laid out, and to <br /> appropriate the sum of $63,299 to the Emma Oakley Mills Way Roadways Account, and to raise <br /> said appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the Board of Selectmen, be authorized to <br /> borrow at one time, or from time to time, under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7 or 8, or any <br /> other enabling authority for such purchase or taking and layout, including costs incidental and <br /> related thereto, and further authorize the Board of Selectmen to assess betterments to the owners of <br /> the land abutting the ways. Any premium received by the Town upon the sale of any bonds or notes <br /> approved by this vote, less any such premium applied to the payment of the costs of issuance of <br /> such bonds or notes, may be applied to the payment of costs approved by this vote in accordance <br /> with Chapter 44, Section 20 of General Laws, thereby reducing the amount authorized to be <br /> borrowed to pay such costs by a like amount. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 9:06 PM. <br /> Town meeting adjourned at 9:06 PM. <br /> And you are hereby directed to serve this Warrant by posting up attested copies thereof, one at the <br /> Town Hall, one at the Post Office, and one each on the bulletin boards, thirty days at least before <br /> said meeting. <br /> Hereof fail not and make return of this Warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk at the <br /> time and place of said meeting. <br /> Given under our hands this 27Ihday of March in the year two thousand and seventeen. <br /> Per Order of, <br /> Mashpee Board of Selectmen <br /> Andrew R.
