In accordance with the 1790 Indian Trade and Non-intercourse Act and the applicable <br /> federal law. <br /> The Board of Selectmen does not recommend Article. <br /> The Finance Committee does not recommend Article. <br /> Motion made by Marie Stone <br /> Motion: Shall the residents of the Town of Mashpee petition the Town's Selectmen requiring <br /> that the Town move to return forthwith the remaining undeveloped land parcels identified in the <br /> Selectmen's 2015 "Land Disposition Project" to the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe and to prohibit <br /> any future sale, conservation or reserve, and other uses of Mashpee lands identified in the <br /> Project?"
