The Community Preservation Committee voted 6-0 in support of this article. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by a vote of 5-0. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of 6-0, 1 absent. <br /> Motion made by Selectman John Cahalane. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to appropriate and transfer from the Community Preservation <br /> Fund Balance $40,000 to the Community Preservation Committee Administrative and Operating <br /> Expense Account. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 8:04 PM. <br /> Article 13 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to re-authorize the Council on Aging revolving fund, through the <br /> Town Accountant, in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 44, §53E�/z, to be expended under the <br /> direction of the Council on Aging; said fund to be funded by revenues collected from Council on <br /> Aging program income and expended for purposes furthering the operation of programs by the <br /> Council on Aging, and to establish the limit on expenditures from said account for FY 2016 at <br /> $15,000, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Council on Aging <br /> Explanation: The revolving account is required in order to receive and disburse funds generated <br /> through programs supported by such revolving fund, such as senior trips, educational programs, <br /> educational program staff, transportation programs, exercise programs, etc. Revenues will be <br /> used to offset expenses related to these programs and activities. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by a vote of 5-0. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of 6-0, 1 absent. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Andrew Gottlieb. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to re-authorize the Council on Aging revolving fund, through <br /> the Town Accountant, in accordance with M.G.L.
