The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of 6-0, 1 absent. <br /> Motion made by Selectman John Cahalane. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to approve Article 22 as printed in the Warrant, with the <br /> exception of the phrase "or take any other action relating thereto." <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 8:19 PM. <br /> Article 23 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the General Bylaws as follows: <br /> Amend Section 172-7.C. by deleting the third sentence and replacing it with the following two <br /> sentences: <br /> "Any order of conditions may be extended an additional three (3) years through the filing of a <br /> request for an Extension of Order of Conditions (WPA Form 7), provided that a request for <br /> renewal is received in writing by the Commission prior to the original date of expiration. <br /> Approval of permit extension requests shall be at the discretion of the Commission." <br /> or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Conservation Commission <br /> Explanation: The current wording under 172-7.C. restricts an applicant to just one permit <br /> extension request for up to one year or more at the Commission's discretion.
