The property is wooded. The rear of the site lot
fronts Washburn Pond, a small scenic pond suitable for limited canoeing, kayaking and fishing.
There is a good level of privacy due to conservation influence.
An Appraisal Report was prepared by the Cape & Islands Group on October 10, 2014. As per
the report, the appraised value of the 9 Quashnet Road property is $265,000. The 2015 assessed
value of the property is $172,500. The 2014 assessment was $170,000.
