Dami, Town Clerk <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> RE: Mashpee Town Meeting of October 15, 2012—Case# 6525 <br /> Warrant Articles # 9, 10, 11 and 12 (General) <br /> Dear Ms. Dami: <br /> Articles 9, 10, 11 and 12 -We approve the amendments to the Mashpee by-laws adopted <br /> under these Articles on the warrant for the Mashpee Town Meeting that convened on October 15, <br /> 2012. <br /> Note: Pursuant to G.L. c. 40, § 32, neither general nor zoning by-laws take effect unless <br /> the town has first satisfied the posting/publishing requirements of that statute.
