Explanation: This transfer will provide funding to cover the costs associated with hiring a <br /> temporary Building Commissioner through contract services. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by a vote of 5-0. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of 7-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman John Cahalane. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to appropriate and transfer $8,600 from the Building Department <br /> Salary/Wage Account to the Building Department Expense Account. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 7:19PM. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 7:19 PM. <br /> Article 5 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer $6,720 from various departmental <br /> vehicle expense accounts to the Town Hall Vehicle Fuel/Maintenance Account as follows: <br /> Department Transfer Amount <br /> Assessing $1,200 <br /> Conservation $1,685 <br /> Inspections $2,000 <br /> Board of Health $1,400 <br /> Recreation $435 <br /> or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Explanation: The Town has consolidated its fleet of vehicles to be utilized under the direction <br /> of the Town Manager. This transfer is necessary to establish a vehicle maintenance account for <br /> the pool of vehicles. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by a vote of 5-0. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of 7-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Thomas O'Hara. <br /> 3 <br />
