Plaintiff,25 Overlook Knoll,LLC,is the owner of the property at 25 Overlook Knoll Road, <br /> Mashpee,MA which directly abuts on the northwest side of the.Defendants,Frederick <br /> Naddaff and Linda Naddaff s property at 29 Overlook Knoll Road,Mashpee.Plaintiffs <br /> Kelley's owners-of 3.0 Overlook Knoll Road Mashpee abut Nadaffs' Lot to the east, south <br /> east and to the south, south east of Naddaffs' Lot is Nantucket Sound.
