A Certified Copy may be obtained from the Town Clerk the next <br /> business dam the expiration of the 20-day Appeal phase, which lasts through <br /> 1Mckv c,k 1`I , ao n . Special Permits shall lapse three years after <br /> date of grant. Written Findings shall lapse two years after date of grant.
