Lawson Pg.: #129578 <br /> 67 Monahansett Road <br /> (Map 123 Page 97) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on November 26, 2018 by Owners, Jeanne M. Gallagher and <br /> Regina L. Lawson requesting a Variance under §174-33 setbacks from wetlands to allow <br /> for construction of an 8' x 10' shed on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, 62 <br /> Monahansett Road, (Map 123 Parcel 97),Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee,on December 4,2018 and December 21,2018 <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §10 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday,January 9,2019 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board <br /> Member, Norman J. Gould, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Sharon Sangeleer. <br /> Also present was Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza. <br /> Mr. Lawson represented the Petition for a Variance request for an 8' x 10' shed on <br /> property at 67 Monahansett Road. He provided the Board with a plot plan depicting the <br /> hand-drawn shed in the area that is located within the 50 ft. buffer of the wetlands. He said <br /> that Conservation Department saw the plan and was approved by the Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> Mr. Furbush asked if there was going to be electricity in the shed. Mr. Lawson said <br /> no plumbing or electrical. <br /> The Board read the Conservation, Board of Health and Inspection Department <br /> comments into the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> 1 <br />
