Giangregorio Bk.: 31690 <br /> 126 South Sandwich Road Pg.: 322 <br /> (Map 21 Parcel 81) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on December 5, 2018 by Owners, Adam and Kathryn <br /> Giangregorio requesting a Special Permit under §174-45.4 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow <br /> for an accessory apartment on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, at 126 South <br /> Sandwich Road, (Map 21 Parcel 81), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 14, 2018 and December 21, <br /> 2018 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday,January 9,2019 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board <br /> Member, Norman J. Gould, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Sharon Sangeleer. <br /> Also present was Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza. <br /> Adam and Kathryn Giangregorio presented their Special Permit application for an <br /> accessory apartment. The apartment was approved back in 2007. However, since they are <br /> the current owners, they are required under the bylaw to reapply for the ownership name <br /> change. They said the apartment is more than 300 sq. ft., and is less than 40%. <br /> Mr. Furbush asked if there were any changes to the property. The owners said there <br /> were no changes made to the property. <br /> Sharon read the specific findings under the original Special Permit(SP-07-33) that <br /> was approved back in 2007. Sharon wanted to confirm that there were no other structures <br /> on the lot. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board, and there were no abutters present. <br /> 1 <br />
