Mead Doc.: 1162751 <br /> 45 Lisa Lane Ctf: 193888 <br /> (Map 99 Parcel 2) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on December 5, 2018 by Owners, Barry and Janice Mead <br /> requesting a Written Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an addition, <br /> extension of a pre-existing non-conforming structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning <br /> District, at 45 Lisa Lane, (Map 99 Parcel 2), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 14, 2018 and December 21, <br /> 2018 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §6 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday,January 9,2019 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board <br /> Member,Norman J. Gould, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Sharon Sangeleer. <br /> Also present was Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza. <br /> Mr. Steve Cook, Cotuit Bay Design represented the homeowners for the proposed <br /> family room addition, and a covered porch on the left side of the house. The house is pre- <br /> existing non-conforming at 36.5 ft. from the front property line. The family room addition <br /> on the left side is 20 ft. from the left property line, and is no closer than 36.5 feet right now, <br /> so it will be the same with the addition. The lot coverage is 10.7% and will be 14.0%. <br /> Mr. Furbush asked how close the shed was to the lot line. Mr. Cook said it was 1.6 <br /> ft. Mr. Mendoza suggested to Steve Cook that he let his client know if any future changes, <br /> the shed could be an issue. <br /> The Board read the Town Department comments into the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board.
