l'ougn af1'Y.1ash ee <br /> 9 <br /> ���FE�- ,�.1r,�sl�hcr--::�1r�5sczclttas�tis O.,,[��.) <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A WRITTEN FINDING <br /> FINDING-2019-01 <br /> Jamie and James Vincent Bk.: #26356 <br /> 62 James Circle Pg.: #150 <br /> (Map 71 Parcel 38) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on November 15, 2018 by Owners, James and Jamie Vincent <br /> requesting a Written Finding under§174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an addition, <br /> extension of a pre-existing non-conforming structure on property located in an R-5 Zoning <br /> District, 62 James Circle, (Map 71 Parcel 38), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 14, 2018 and December 21, <br /> 2018 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §6 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday,January 9,2019 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board <br /> Member,Norman J. Gould, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Sharon Sangeleer. <br /> Also present was Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza. <br /> The homeowners, James and Jamie Vincent represented themselves for the small <br /> 100 sq. ft. addition enclosure for year round use. The plan depicts the small addition that <br /> will square off the area located on the left side corner of the dwelling. <br /> Mr. Gould asked the purpose of the addition. Ms. James said that it will become a <br /> small dining area and mud room space. No bedroom or bath. <br /> The Board read the Town Department comments into the record. <br /> An abutter approached the Board and said the addition will be an improvement to <br /> the neighborhood. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> 1 <br />
