Gould, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Sharon Sangeleer. <br /> Also present was Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza. <br /> The homeowners, James and Jamie Vincent represented themselves for the small <br /> 100 sq. ft. addition enclosure for year round use. The plan depicts the small addition that <br /> will square off the area located on the left side corner of the dwelling. <br /> Mr. Gould asked the purpose of the addition. Ms. James said that it will become a <br /> small dining area and mud room space. No bedroom or bath. <br /> The Board read the Town Department comments into the record. <br /> An abutter approached the Board and said the addition will be an improvement to <br /> the neighborhood. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> 1 <br />
