Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> March 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall-Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Present: Chairman Mary Waygan, Joe Cummings, Dennis Balzarini <br /> Also: Evan Lehrer-Town Planner; Charles Rowley-Consulting Engineer <br /> Absent: David Kooharian, Robert(Rob)Hansen (Alt.), David Weeden <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board meeting was opened with a quorum in the Waquoit Meeting <br /> Room at Mashpee Town Hall by Chairman Waygan at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6, 2019. The <br /> Chair stated that the meeting was being videographed and recorded and asked that speakers approach <br /> the podium stating their name and business. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES—February 6, 2019 and February 20,2019 <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to approve the February 6111 minutes as presented. Mr. <br /> Cummings seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> The February 20 minutes were placed on hold to be considered upon the arrival of Mr. Weeden. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 7:10 p.m. Cape & Islands Engineering for The Stopped Bus LLC <br /> Consider an application for a Special Permit for a shared driveway to access 147 <br /> and 155 Old Barnstable Road. <br /> The Chair notified the project proponent that only three members were present so the Board would <br /> need to wait for Mr. Weeden's arrival to hear the matter. The appointed time having arrived, the Chair <br /> read for the record the request and Public Hearing Notice. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to continue this special hearing to 7:20 p.m. Mr. <br /> Cummings seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> A recess was called at 7:12 p.m. so that the Chair could contact Mr. Weeden. The meeting reconvened <br /> at 7:14 p.m. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to continue the Public Hearing from 7:20 p.m. to 7:40 <br /> p.m. tonight. Mr. Cummings seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to continue the Public Hearing for Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering for The Stopped Bus LLC to March 20 at 7:20 p.m. Mr. Cummings seconded the <br /> motion.
